This fan favorite known here in Minnesota has been called the "Crack Sauce" of dips for crawfish, seafood, pork and chicken! Add this seasoning to melted unsalted butter, minced garlic, brown sugar and a hot sauce like Louisana sauce then serve hot and enhance your food to levels your friends will brag about!

The Seafood "Crack Sauce"

  • Lemon Pepper, Celery Salt, Celery Seed, Red Pepper, Black Pepper, Cayenne Pepper, Paprika, Dried Garlic.

    • Melt 2 sticks of UNSALTED butter in a sauce pan on the stove set to medium. 
    • Once the butter has melted add 1-2 bulbs of garlic minced or chopped to the sauce pan and stir till completely covered. 
    • Add 1/3 cup of our "Crack Sauce" seasoning along with 2 tablespoons of brown sugar and a hot sauce of your choice! (We prefer to use Louisana hot sauce) 

    Serve hot and enhance your food to levels your friends will brag about!

    ***To kick it up a bit and make it more spicy, we add 2-3 Thai Peppers finely diced.***
